A United States Army Veteran with ten years of honorable service, Noretta brings the same precision, structure, and integrity to her accounting practice that defined her military career. Throughout her service—including multiple overseas deployments—she developed a deep understanding of leadership, accountability, and operational excellence. Those principles now serve as the foundation of her firm.

After completing her service, Noretta pursued advanced academic achievement, earning her Associate, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees in Accounting. She further enhanced her expertise through experience within state-level financial operations, working with compliance standards, structured reporting systems, and regulatory requirements.
